Happy New Year! I for one am so happy it’s time to ring in the New Year. In these first days of the year winter waves a magic wand over the world and invites us to savor stillness and tap into the magic of the shifting light. The New Year is a time to celebrate and a time to enjoy finding space to honor memory, intention and those things that bring us deep gratitude. Wishing you and your families all the best in 2016!
December was such a busy month. Early in the month we wrote letters in Christmas cards to soldiers to be sent to the troops via Operation Gratitude. The project was very well received. We wrote out 89 letters/cards to be sent to our armed forces through this amazing organization.
We also enjoyed a special visit from Santa and his elf in December, several special musical programs, dinner at White Fence Farms, lunch outings to 3 Sons Italian and Cracker Barrel restaurants, a scenic ride through Morrison and Red Rocks, a special Christmas light tour outing, and goodie baking.
